What if the transfer is unsuccessful?

There are three types of unsuccessful transactions. You can check the following why it happens and how to solve this issue.

1. Unsubmitted transaction

Cause: transfer request has not been accepted on chain.

Solution: send it again.

2. Transaction pending 

Cause: miner/gas fee is too low.

Solution: Be patient and wait. Eventually it will get through.

3. Transaction failed

Cause: Gas is insufficient, or a smart contract issue.

Solution: increase your gas limit and send it again. 

Notes:

1. Your assets will not be deducted before the transaction is successful.
2. If the transaction fails, the gas fee will still be charged and will not be refunded. The fees are used to pay the miner to package your transaction. Every transaction has a fee irrespective of the status of the transaction.
