What should I do if I transfer to a wrong address?

After a successful transaction, the token has been sent to the address. That means f(x) Wallet cannot help you to cancel it because transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. If you transfer to a wrong address, it is recommended that you contact the person who holds the address and ask the address owner to send the tokens back.

Note:

1. If the address is from the exchange or a centralized platform, please contact the customer service of the exchange or the platform.
2. Ethereum wallet addresses are not case sensitive. As long as all the letters are correct, this is the correct address to transfer.
